Welcome to TTRace, where care, passion, and expertise come together in the creation of unique custom suits, gloves, and boots. Each piece is crafted based on the individual wishes of our customers – from the initial design to the final detail.

Our priority is a personal approach. Our customers receive the attention they deserve, and together we seek the best solutions so that their motorcycle gear is not only functional but also reflects their personal style, uniqueness, and ensures maximum safety.

When designing suits, gloves, and boots, every detail is consulted and tailored to the customer’s needs and preferences – from color schemes and shapes to individual patches – ensuring maximum satisfaction for the eyes of our customers.

Innovation That Can’t Be Stopped

The TTRace brand was founded in 2017. Just two years later, in 2019, we developed our first airbag suit. Airbags were already a hot topic at that time, so we had to respond and redesign our cuts. Today, wearing an airbag under a suit is almost standard, and in the future, it will likely become mandatory.

By 2025, thanks to continuous development and our testing center in Germany, our Czech company can integrate nearly all airbags available on the market under a suit. Whether it’s Dainese, In&motion, Alpinestars, or – as the only Czech manufacturer – the internal electronic Helite airbag.

This allows each customer to choose the best and most suitable solution tailored specifically for them.

From a Small Workshop to the World Championship

The year is 2021, three and a half years after the brand was founded, when we entered the World Championship. Our Czech colors and the TTRace brand were first represented by Milan Sitnianský, followed by other riders from various championships.

Today, we manufacture suits not only for the Czech Republic and neighboring countries but also for Sweden, Portugal, and Italy, for example. To be ready for this step and meet the needs of riders pushing their limits at the highest level, we expanded our Plzeň workshop a year earlier, in 2020.

Our service is now fully equipped to handle crash repairs, changes in cut or design, and thorough cleaning of your suit – even during the ongoing season.

Thanks to our experience and expertise, we focus on precise selection and processing of materials that can withstand the most demanding conditions on a motorcycle. Choosing the right materials and cuts is an integral part of our work – we use only the best available fabrics and leathers to ensure high durability, protection, and comfort.

Each custom order is a challenge to achieve the highest quality, so the rider receives perfect protection and comfort. Among our suppliers are the Swiss company Schoeller® Keprotec, one of the best manufacturers of Kevlar and other abrasion-resistant fabrics, and the German company SAS Tec, providing primarily back and chest protectors.
