How It Works
When you visit us, we’ll consult with you on optional features and the design of your suit, jacket, gloves, or boots. We take your measurements and, based on your ideas, create a design that can be refined to perfection according to your vision. Once you approve the design, we begin crafting your gear – production typically takes around 8–9 weeks. When your suit is ready, you’ll try it on and then be ready to hit the road or the racetrack. If any adjustments are needed, our service center in Plzeň is always at your disposal.

True safety starts with a perfect fit. That’s why we take meticulous measurements – up to 40 dimensions – to ensure every piece of your gear sits flawlessly. We then select only the finest materials: premium leathers, Swiss-made Schoeller Keprotec® kevlar stretch fabrics, and top-tier German protectors from Sas Tec and Smooth Ways, all certified to the highest standard – Level 2.
Airbags – Ultimate Protection
We’ll help you choose the perfect airbag for your needs. TTRace is the only manufacturer offering fully custom-made suits compatible with 12 different internal airbag systems – covering every airbag currently available on the market. You can equip your suit with internal electronic airbags from top brands like Alpinestars, Dainese, Helite, or In&miton (including Held, Furygan, Ixon, Klim, and more). No compromises. That’s why TTRace suits are trusted by riders competing at the World Championship level.

Our collection also includes custom-made leather, textile, and touring jackets. We offer stylish ready-to-wear jackets as well, which can be tailored, adjusted, or personalized to perfectly suit your style and needs.
