TTRace provides the standard 2-year warranty on the airbag itself. By activating the system and paying the fee to In&motion, you enter into a contractual relationship directly with the manufacturer. Due to data protection regulations, all software-related matters must therefore be handled by the customer directly with In&motion.
That's why TTRace offers a help desk service to assist you in resolving any potential issues.
The service is billed per commenced hour. Shipping or handling costs are not included. After your purchase, our colleague will contact you — please have your In&motion account login details ready.
