This suit is engineered according to the strictest FIM requirements for top-level motorsport. Compared to standard road homologation, it delivers a significantly higher level of protection.
The construction is based on FIM specifications for racing equipment, with a focus on abrasion resistance, seam strength in critical areas, and controlled energy distribution during impact. Premium kangaroo leather provides a superior strength-to-weight ratio compared to cowhide, allowing for reduced weight without compromising safety.
All exposed areas are reinforced with a multi-layer structure offering high resistance to tearing and abrasion. Critical seams are positioned outside impact zones and engineered to withstand extreme loads during sliding and rider rotation. The suit meets demanding burst strength and seam strength requirements defined for racing use.
Ergonomics follow MotoGP standards – a pre-shaped racing position, high-rebound elastic panels, and precisely defined stretch zones minimize restriction of movement even under maximum load during braking or cornering.
Each suit is handmade to measure using more than 40 body parameters, ensuring precise protector placement and optimal force distribution in the event of a crash. The result is a suit that not only meets FIM standards but is built for real-world racing conditions.
The TTRace FIM suit exceeds standard road gear both structurally and in terms of safety. It is designed for situations where milliseconds matter and maximum protection is essential.
Airbag integration is part of the construction, not an add-on. The Airbag Protect system is designed to accommodate the expansion volume of modern airbag systems and ensures proper deployment without compromising comfort or performance. The suit and its homologation are compatible with the commercially available Alpinestars Tech-Air 7x platform and, upon request, with the Helite GP1 airbag.

This system is not commonly available on the market and is not intended for road use. It is a pure racing technology that meets the highest FIM standards and is typically reserved only for professional riders at the highest level.
Unlike other solutions limited to factory racing programs, we make this system available to our customers.
The airbag system is fully integrated – the ECU and CO₂ cartridge are built directly into the aerodynamic hump of the suit. This eliminates the need for a separate vest, reduces overall weight, and ensures optimal mass distribution and immediate response upon deployment.
The result is a compact, fully integrated system and currently one of the lightest professional airbag solutions on the market – engineered without compromise for racing use.
